    If you lease more than two apartments in a single transaction, which are eligible for the discount, you will be qualified to receive a 5% discount off the security deposit and the rent for the next five years. In addition, 10% off the rent for the next five years will be offered for those leasing more than five apartments in a single transaction.
    '- Quantity Discount
    The "Quantity Discount" is a discount offered to a company who has already leased more than 30 apartments and qualified tenants receive 5% off the security deposit and rent for the first five years for an additional apartment when leasing an eligible apartment. In addition, the discounted rent remains effect for five years even though the number of leased apartments goes below 30 apartments.

    Time-consuming paperwork can be simplified for listed companies and companies with a capitalization of more than 100 million yen, including their group companies and subsidiaries. All we require is a company brochure (first-timer only) and an application when applying for a UR apartment.
